hmm honestly?
i think i'll always be on arashi crack,
so my title for this entry might be a little stupid.
but oh well!
so maybe they're not really just crack?
i was watching another episode of D no Arashi (DnA).
yups. yesterday's entry was also on one of the DnA episodes.
anw, this episode was to document the moment a convict is released from prison.
this guy was incarcerated for inflicting bodily harm. 1 year and 5 months.
my sentiments were exactly like sho’s, in that i tot that it wasn’t really long.
but then. to have to spend every day that 1 year and 5 mths waiting for someone you love.
that’s like eternity isn’t it?
542 days?
his wife has been dependent on him financially and emotionally ever since they got married.
plus they have 2 sons.
and sho asked her if she has ever considered divorce,
and her reply was,
“never, or rather, i wanted to create a place for him to come home to, and protect that.”
T.T
and the only thing that motivated her was her husband’s letters.
once a month, and there’s a limit on the number of pages.
he always writes 7 pages, which is the maximum allowed.
btw, the limit's 7 pages each month, 49 characters in each line.
and his letters sounded so remorseful. and he loves his wife so much. he speaks about his feelings to his wife so honestly that i’m amazed. cos well, asian men don’t do that really well. actually, more like most asians are like that? my family’s like that as well.
whenever they talk, it would usually end up in arguments.
but because of this, the husband said that he never really listened to what she said before this,
and that from then on they would talk to each other properly and grow up together.
he also mentioned several times that he's afraid of re-entering the society.
probably really afraid of how others would look at him.
the report isn't complete.
i'll watch the next episode tmr!
