许留山 is my fav dessert chain store in hk!
they've got really great desserts, and are well worth the price tag.
cheaper than 糖朝, but the ingredients they use are equally good.
great variety.

actually i took plenty of photos of the different desserts i love when i was at hk in dec..
but then i lost my camera while we were in thailand.

anw, if you do visit hk, or if local dessert shops have them..
try 姜汁撞奶!
it gives me a nice, fuzzy feeling esp when it's winter.
lol. ok. im really really craving for hk food now.

yes, i know im full of randomness today.

but at least im not hearing that cedar cheer on repeat mode now.
